The Waikato Magic Circle 70th birthday celebration

The Waikato Magic Circle was official established according to our records in May 1939. The Club is celebrating this occasion with a special dinner to be held on Saturday the 29th August.

We would like to invite all Magicians and their Spouses to help us celebrate this great occasion. The function will be held at B.J. Restaurant in Te Rape. A few of you will remember this restaurant where we held our last great function quite some years ago.

The cost will be $25 per person for a smorgasbord dinner.

You create your own entree, then your main plate as many times as you like, and desert their after. The same restaurant has a Motel for $55 per night.

This must be the cheapest Motel in the Country. Would any interested parties please contact the Secretary of the Waikato Magic Circle at (07) 856-0102, so we can inform the Restaurant the amount of people he has to cater for.

As I will be overseas from the 30th June until the 9th August, would you then please our President Alista Fow at (07) 855-4792.
