27th New Zealand International Magicians
Convention Update

- DeLarno's Magic Centre and Tammi Twister's Magic Factory will have stands in our dealers den.

- Update - David Ginn - the Friday teaching session:

Friday 4th of June, 4:00PM: An exclusive ninety minute class on stagecraft, the entertainment factor, ideas on routining magical performances, tips, tricks and advice from a working pro with magic along the way. All material is new and won't be seen in David's other lectures.

We're getting enquiries from non-juniors who also wish to attend David's
class on Friday afternoon. We don't want to turn anyone away, so David has graciously decided to open the doors to convention registrants over 20 as well who wish to make a $20 donation to the Shore City Magicians Club.

Remember this session is still free for all convention registrants under 20
to attend and will be held at the Senior Citizens Hall at the Strand,
Takapuna (a couple of minutes walk from the Spencer on Byron).

- Michael Ammar - SUPER SESSION:

A two hour hands on teaching session with world champion magician Michael Ammar, recognised as the world's foremost teacher of magic as well as one of the most influential magicians of the twentieth century. It doesn't get any better than this.

The first class sold out within a couple of weeks, we've had further
interest so are currently looking at offering a second class ... If you
missed out on the first one and are interested, email: mick@aucklandmagician.com and I'll keep you informed on progress - if we
have enough definate numbers we'll look at offering a second session. There would be a maximum of twenty people at this event, so contact us ASAP if you're interested. I guarantee that you'll walk out of this with a TON of insight and inspiration as well as some practical routines you can use in the real world.

- Public show tickets and banquet tickets are still selling:

There is only a couple of weeks to go - if you wish to register please do so
ASAP so that we're not still processing at the last minute. Forms are
available for download at www.aucklandmagician.com/convention/
