Are
very sad to report.....
Christian
Fectner just passed away after a long period of illnes at
the age of 64, to-day.
Another
great magic legend is gone and will be a huge loss for the
magic community.
Well
known French movie producer, his name is known to the magicians
around the world. Since his 1979 FISM 1st prizes (Grand illusions
and invention), he has been an icon in magic,. He had been
a prolific inventor, collector, historian and writer of many
great books.
Such
a good friend will be missed.

for musketeer" George Proust, Didier Morax, Pierre Mayer

NOTE: Ads for the Gamolo Levitation that used a photo of Fechner
doing his Bar Stool Levitation falsely imply that these two
effects & methods are the same. (Mad Magic #29)
