Docc Hilford's Auckland Lecture and Workshop is cancelled due to accident

Hi Richard,

I have bad news. I had an accident on Saturday morning. I fell down a flight of cement stairs and that put me in the hospital for a day and a half with a smashed disc in my back and a concussion. I'm finally home, but confined to bed for 7 to 10 days. The doctor says no travel, which isn't really an option at this point because I can't stand up!

Hopefully everything will be all right in a week or two.

I'm very disappointed. I really had some great things for your birthday. I feel sick; not because of the medications but because I wanted to be there for your celebration.

I'm so sorry for all the work you've done, but hope we can salvage it and apply the people to an upcoming date.
