Sorry to pass on this sad news

NY Daily News: February 8, 2000 Magician Doug Henning died yesterday morning 
after a five-month battle with liver cancer. 

The moustached Henning, whose catch phrase "It's an illusion!" became his signature 
at the peak of his career in the 1970s and '80s, is survived by his wife, Debby. 

He was born in Winnipeg, Canada, and his age was believed to be around 50. His 
dying wish was to make sure work continues on his dream of opening a magic theme 
park, Veda Land, in Niagara Falls, a family rep tells us.
